Papers presented at the 9th International Blue Black Sea Congress and deemed suitable following the editorial evaluation process will be published in the Journal of Maritime Research and Blue Strategy.
The Journal of Maritime Research and Blue Strategy is an international peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary research in the field of maritime studies and enhancing the visibility of scholarly knowledge on Turkish and global maritime affairs at both the national and international levels.
